Suddenly I'm terrified that I am going to lose everything that I have worked so hard for because I've seen how you were in that situation

:(

Louses and others

I really h8 this kinds of bag, it looks like a woodlouse

And woodlouse looking things look cool only if you're a villian

I realized the true meaning of
人言可畏. But doesn't really matter, it's cute how I'm still on the minds of "quite a lot of people" even after graduation
The awkward moment when so many people tell a lie it becomes society's truth

Looks like Umbridge!

I've learnt to take beatings in my stride and not let them affect me. Took me so many years and snide remarks sia!!!!! But it'd worth it in the end(:

One more day

An unsinkable ship

Today I really got to experience that.. EJY was down in the office today and I couldn't really do anything because she didn't wanna talk about it and all I could do was to give her lots of smiles and sunshines:) I guess as a friend all I could do was to be there.

And I finally talked over the phone with my favorite powerpuff girl, that was the shortest 40minutes ever. If only time in the office flew as fast as when I was talking to you((:

Nope don't get that either lolol

Red are roses
Brown is shit
Something unsinkable
Is friend ship

This is for you Cheryl hope you like it<3
(don't complain. Just appreciate my absolute lack of poetry skill)

We'll see the power of my estimation

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
All the art of living lies in a fine mingling of letting go and holding on.

Value of pop music

I realized as the years go by, age, drugs or some other celebrity-biased tragedy will rob the lives of excellent music makers like Whitney Houston and Faye Wong.
Leaving us with the likes of Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus.

While I have often seen comparisons of olden 80s lyrics versus 21st century lyrics, like how the Beatles only wanted to hold that girl's hand while Minaj made a song about a stupid hoe, of which a verse/chorus was four words in different combinations: you, a, stupid, hoe

Are we going to let the music of "our generation be defined by the select few artistes that do not seem to have positive contributions to the way youth views relationships, work and life?

Have we forgotten Taylor Swift and her determination to choose her words carefully because she know that her choice of words is bringing up a new generation?
Or Adele who used divine vocals to touch the souls of many, rather than the exposure of flesh to linger on many other people's thoughts?

We should be careful of what we say, or the future generation will forget how to screen for themselves who are the intrinsically "good" singers rather than merely what the billboards yell in their faces
They could well believe that you a stupid hoe

On a totally unrelated note, I am going to eat the famed and much heard about London Choco Roo!! Full of anticipation of it's 奶香Choco味, 香浓又美味

Hah!! Bet you sang along in your head.

Some feelings

There are some feelings I'll never forget.

How I felt today, on Valentine's Day 2012, is one that I will not forget anytime soon.
(and in case I do, I hope I feel it all over again when I read my post)
I feel in a state of ethereal bliss and happiness
And I realized it's not so much of the act itself but the feeling that you have towards the person who did it

It could be the simplest act, yet it is enough to move mountains
Holding that bouquet and marching home, it was like a tangible beacon of love that drew envious stares and possibly snide looks from some others

Proclaim "Waaa got bouquet of flowers" to your friend
Mm yes because we are deafened by the cries of dying roses in our hands

A silent competition of whose bouquet is larger, possibly because of the assumed direct correlation of number of roses and amount of love
Luckily that's not how I roll~

R got a bouquet which wasn't from her bf, and it wasn't signed so imagine the amount of awkwardness when she thanked him for the bouquet..
Hope everything is settled
Apparently vday suicide rates are higher than usual
Isn't vday nothing but a marketing scheme hoping to earn 300% more from couples which appear to be suffocatingly everywhere?

Because when you're in love, doesn't matter which day it is

Seeing all the couples holding hands and the girl holding the bouquet, I myself am reminded of how we're cruelly separated by the need to protect the women and children of the nation
Yet warmth override that feeling because I know there is a love in my heart that cannot be replaced
Tears of joy, that slight hint of a smile that lingers on and on
And it was a feeling I once never ever thought I will get to feel<3

J and I talked about people who was once affiliated with our partners and there was much uncanny resemblance
It is true after all: everyone has a secret that can break your heart

But on this day, I cannot ask for more than to have my family, beloved friends (Cheryl yes you sweet girl you), colleagues, and bf in my heart, and me in theirs
Because when you're that close, distance is but a quantifier

When he treats his girl like a princess
It is proof that he is born and raised in the arms of a queen
